// About Me

Hi, I'm Ariyan Bolandi — a software engineer who's endlessly curious about how systems really work. I dig into backend architecture, distributed systems, and infrastructure not just to make them run, but to understand their failure modes, trade-offs, and hidden complexities.
I care about software that is fast, resilient, and honest. And I'm always asking: "What happens when this breaks? How do we make it harder to break? And how do we make it right when it does?" When I'm not shipping code, I'm reading papers, contributing to open source, or chasing new Linux tools.
